Meet the CPO Executive Committee - The Clariden School

President

I’m incredibly humbled and excited to lead the efforts to engage our Clariden Community in the inaugural relaunch of the CPO as YOUR President! My daughter, Kinsleigh, is a 1st grader in her second year at Clariden this year. My husband, Shelton, and I relocated to the Dallas area last summer from Atlanta, GA. We enjoy watching movies, traveling, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.

My personal style is that of a servant leader who aims to LISTEN to the needs of our community, SUPPORT the initiatives of our faculty, INSPIRE our students, and EMPOWER our Clariden family. I am committed to helping our school and families grow and thrive! Active parent involvement is a cornerstone to building a thriving school community, and I look forward to lending my time and talents toward that effort.

I invite this incredible community to get involved in and support our CPO in whatever way makes sense for you and your family and embrace our goal to support our students and faculty as we strive for excellence in all we do. I look forward to building a trusting, collaborative, and inclusive culture at our school.

Vice President – Special Events

Briana is excited to be your VP of Special Events for the 2023-2024 school year! Her son, Grant, is beginning his third year at Clariden as a second grader. Prior to becoming a stay-at-home parent, she spent seven years as Head of Sales and Event Coordination at a large venue, as well as planning and hosting many events of her own over the years. She began volunteering with the CPO last year to get to know the teachers, administrators, students, and parents that make up her son’s community at Clariden. She hopes to share that experience with many of you! When not volunteering at Clariden, Briana enjoys spending time and traveling with family, interior design, reading, and party planning.

Vice President – Fundraising

Nancy Cook is a Texas native and her son Myles has been attending The Clariden School since 2022. She spent 25 years in retail leadership before retiring in 2015. Over the past 8 years, Nancy has held many volunteer positions at all 3 of her children’s schools. From hospitality chair to president of booster clubs, Nancy knows that the best way to support the school community is by dedicating her time to the students, teachers, staff and programs. When she isn’t helping at the school you can find her wrapping presents for her gift wrap clients, finding her Zen at the Pilates studio, playing pickleball with her husband Michael or engrossed in a great book. She is looking forward to serving the Clariden community.

Secretary

Stephanie Lavery and her family moved to the DFW area two years ago, and they have been members of The Clariden School community since their arrival. Her two children — Jackson, 3rd grade, and Freya, 1st — have found a home among the students and teachers. Stephanie’s background is in magazine publishing and journalism, and she holds a Master’s Degree in Journalism from Boston University. Over the years, she has worked as an Editor in Chief and Editorial Director for various trade and consumer print and digital publications. She brings her attention to detail, leadership qualities and stellar note-taking skills to the role of Secretary of the CPO.

Treasurer

Stacy Inthisane is mom to Kindergartener, Beckham, and this will be her 2nd year at Clariden. Stacy has spent the last 10+ years within the Finance area, leading finance teams at large corporations for the last 5+ years and prior to that provided financial consulting services to fortune 500 companies. Stacy received her Bachelor’s from Texas Women’s University and her MBA, Finance from TCU. In her spare time, she loves to travel and spend time with her kids! She is looking forward to another great year at Clariden!
