Lower School Lead Teachers - Primary (age 3) through Upper Elementary (6th grade)
- Bachelor degree from an accredited university
- Association Montessori Internationale (AMI) Diploma
(Other teaching certificates or trainings will not fulfill this requirement.) - Non U.S. citizen must have a valid work visa
Upper School Teachers - Grades 7-12
- Bachelor degree in content area from an accredited university (Master’s degree preferred)
- Experience with innovative lesson design and delivery
Specialty Teachers - Primary through Grade 12
- Bachelor degree from an accredited university
- Demonstrated proficiency in specialty area
Lower School Teacher Assistants
- Bachelor degree from accredited university or completed hours in college course work
- Experience in an educational or child-care environment
