Board of Directors

The Board of Directors provides broad direction for and control of the school as a whole through the establishment of basic policies and major programs. In order to perform these functions, the Board of Directors delegates the day-to-day administration of the school and the implementation of approved policies and programs to the school Head. The Board provides for the establishment of general policies pertaining to:

• The organization of the school
• Curriculum and instruction
• Employee classification and compensation and benefits
• School financial accounts
• Student admissions/enrollment
• Public relations
• Employee relations
• Tuition and fees

The Board of Directors consists of a President, Vice-President, Secretary, and several members. The following individuals presently serve on the Board of Directors:
