  • How do I change my password?
      Contact the IT Manager for assistance. You may email a password change request from your Clariden email account or in person.
  • Why are my Portal and network passwords not the same?
      Contact the IT Manager for assistance, as your account needs to be re-synchronized on the server.
  • I am a new employee. How do I get access to Clariden computer systems?
      Please contact the Business/Development Manager for assistance. Accounts are created once the Technology Department receives new hire information from the Business/Development Manager. We are unable to create accounts until this information has been received and processed.
  • Why does another employee have different options and information displayed when they login to The Portal?
      The Portal is a highly customizable environment. Our system can have different information and options available for different user groups. If you need access to a feature that you presently do not have access to, please contact the IT Manager for assistance.
  • Can two people login to The Portal from the same computer?
      Yes. Simply logout and close the browser window prior to the second person logging in. You will not see data from the first person’s session.
  • Who has access to The Portal?
      Presently, all employees and computer technicians have access to The Portal.
  • Who manages The Portal?
      The Portal is managed by the IT Manager, Alan Garrison. Please contact him with any questions, comments, or suggestions.
